Description

This classic 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle SS has been fully upgraded as a restomod, pairing vintage muscle car style with modern performance and convenience features. Under the hood sits a bored 530-cubic-inch V8 that started life as a 454ci unit. It now features Mahle pistons, Dart heads, a Comp cam, electric cooling fans, and FiTech electronic fuel injection, delivering 670 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a sturdy 350TH automatic transmission with a 3000 stall converter and a 4.11 rear axle for strong launch acceleration. A complete Ride Tech suspension suite—including muscle bars, strong arms, and height-adjustable coilovers—keeps the ride controlled, while Wilwood discs at all four corners provide reliable stopping. The body wears a fresh coat of House of Kolor Majestic Blue and sits on staggered Savani wheels, 20 inches up front and 22 inches in back. Inside, the Chevelle retains its factory-era look but gains modern amenities: a Dakota Digital instrument cluster, blue LED cabin lighting, power-adjustable front seats, power windows and locks. An upgraded Kenwood KDC-X996 stereo with a 12-inch subwoofer rounds out the build, showcasing craftsmanship and the blend of classic heritage with current technology.
